Meet Marcela

Co-Founder | Brand, Growth & Market Strategy

Marcela is a senior strategist with over 18 years of experience in luxury, lifestyle, retail, and consumer brands across Brazil and Italy. She has led strategic, commercial, and brand transformation projects for some of the world’s most respected companies.

She is currently Senior Consultant and Head of the Lifestyle Division at MCF Consultoria Estratégica, Latin America’s leading advisory firm for the luxury sector, where she works with clients such as Sephora, American Express, and XP Inc. Her focus spans brand repositioning, customer experience, commercial expansion, and market growth.

Previously, Marcela held leadership roles at Salvatore Ferragamo (Global Retail & Marketing), JHSF Retail (Brand Manager for Emilio Pucci and Jimmy Choo), and worked in fashion media at Vogue Brasil. Her background combines global brand building with deep local market expertise.

Marcela holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi (MAFED – Fashion and Design Management) and a degree in Architecture & Urbanism. She brings a sharp strategic vision, strong cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of premium consumers to M2 Advisory.

Meet Marco

Co-Founder | Strategy, Finance & Operations

Marco is an entrepreneur and advisor with over 15 years of international experience across Europe and Brazil. He has co-founded and scaled multiple consumer and technology businesses, combining strong financial discipline with hands-on operational leadership.

He is currently Co-Founder and CFO/COO of ETIQL, a manufacturer-to-consumer platform redefining access to high-quality products, where he helped raise over €3M from international investors. Previously, Marco co-founded Scarosso, one of the leading smart-luxury DTC brands in the DACH region, growing it to 70+ employees, multiple retail stores, and raising more than €17M in venture and private equity funding. He is also a co-founder in Viamadeinitaly (B2B Platform for Made in Italy) and Tucoffee Italia.

Earlier in his career, he worked as an Investment Analyst at Headline (formerly e.Ventures), gaining deep exposure to venture capital, deal analysis, and growth-stage investing.

Marco holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He brings a strong combination of strategic clarity, financial rigor, and execution experience to M2 Advisory.
